Sunshine

This is my story of coming to terms with having a child who has a disability and finding a way to a life filled with love and acceptance, navigating the storms to finding sunshine among the clouds. Also included in this book is the SUNSHINE Programme,  which is a therapeutic resource designed to help you focus on your own self care and wellbeing. The principles apply to anyone wanting to gain a deeper understanding of what is important in life and how you can get there.
